Allyya completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University, specializing in child health and graduating with distinction. Her undergraduate research into mental and physical disabilities deepened her understanding of how laws and policies significantly impact individuals’ health, relationships, and employment opportunities.

This interest in the human impact of law continued during law school, where Allyya served as a clinical law student at the ARCH Disability Law Clinic. She contributed to written submissions for an Ontario Human Rights Commission consultation and delivered presentations on human rights in the workplace to community groups, advocating for safe, inclusive, and equitable work environments. Through this experience, she developed a strong appreciation for the critical role that positive client relationships, active listening, and genuine human connections play in achieving successful legal outcomes.
At Nadi Law, Allyya works closely with the firm’s experienced team on both criminal and employment matters. She regularly appears in court, prepares legal submissions, conducts thorough research, and manages client files with diligence, compassion, and a commitment to client-centred advocacy.
In her personal time, Allyya enjoys baking, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
