Horrible experience. They took my case in 2023 for criminal charges. At first they seemed legitimate, they appeared on Justicenet and there was no way for me to tell anything is off. I didn’t qualify for … More legal aid and I regrettably paid them $2000 retainer out of stress over my situation. They had no empathy for me whatsoever I was scolded by them for getting the charges and trying to convince me I was not doing enough on my part so they can do the minimum while stretching out my case. They stretched it out for nearly two years. I eventually got a legal aid certificate and informed them I had it but they didn’t even tell me they couldn’t accept the certificate because I paid the them retainer, they just kept that from me while milking as much money out of my case until they suddenly tell me they’re getting off my case and that I owe them a ridiculous amount of money more on top of the retainer. The whole prolonged situation took a major toll on my mental health.
