Gina Shenouda

Gina Shenouda is Counsel at Nadi Law, where she maintains a focused criminal defence practice.
Gina is dedicated to providing strong, effective, and compassionate representation to clients facing a wide range of criminal charges. She has developed significant experience in criminal litigation, having worked on many different types of matters including:

• Assault & domestic assault
• Sexual assault
• Failure to comply with court orders / breach of conditions
• Robbery
• Impaired driving / drinking and driving (including over 80 and refusal cases)
• And many other criminal offences

Gina brings a strong international academic foundation to her criminal defence practice. She holds a double major in Political Science and International Relations from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, followed by her LLB from the University of Nottingham in England. To further strengthen her skills in legal advocacy, she completed a Master’s in Law through Osgoode Professional Development.

At Nadi Law, Gina works closely with the firm’s experienced criminal defence team. She regularly appears in court on behalf of clients, conducts legal research, prepares for hearings and trials, and plays an active role in managing complex client files from start to finish.

Outside the courtroom, Gina is deeply committed to her community. She regularly delivers talks and presentations to youth, participates in community outreach programs, and served five years on her church board after being elected to the position.

In her personal time, Gina enjoys playing basketball, travelling, and spending quality time with her family.
