Jack Hayward

Jack Hayward is an employment lawyer at Nadi Law dedicated to representing employees and employers in a range of workplace issues. With a strong emphasis on helping individuals navigate the complexities of employment law, Jack is committed to ensuring that his clients receive fair treatment and the justice they deserve. 

Jack is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. While in law school, Jack gained valuable experience as a caseworker at Legal Assistance of Windsor and the Migrant Workers Clinic, where he guided with low-income and vulnerable clients through challenges in their housing and employment situations. This hands-on experience honed his advocacy skills and reinforced his commitment to helping clients achieve fair outcomes in their workplaces and lives.   

Before pursuing his law degree, Jack graduated with a degree in Commerce from Queen’s University, where he developed a solid understanding of corporate dynamics and the challenges faced by employees and employers. This unique perspective allows him to effectively address employment issues from both legal and business viewpoints. 

Whether dealing with severance package reviews, wrongful dismissals, or workplace discrimination, Jack is focused on achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He is dedicated to providing clear guidance and support throughout the legal process, ensuring that his clients feel informed and empowered every step of the way.   

Outside of the office, Jack tries to his best to enjoy watching his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs and Tottenham Hotspur, work on lowering his handicap, as well as spending time with friends and family.
